Terms of Service

You may use droppage only lawfully and only for content you have the right to publish. Keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for the HTML, data, and links you publish, including any required notices, permissions, and backups.

droppage serves the single-file HTML you upload at a share link. Access controls reduce access according to the selected mode, but do not make a link a substitute for handling sensitive data appropriately. Do not publish unlawful, abusive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-violating content.

Plans and their current limits are shown on the site. Usage limits can pause new uploads, updates, or previews. They do not remove an existing page or change its access mode. We may update the service or plans with reasonable notice where required.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Taxes, payment collection, and the customer portal are handled there. You can manage or cancel a subscription in that portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the portal states otherwise. See the Refund Policy for refund requests.

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, DropPage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
